Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order from www.Auolive.comarrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@auolive.com. Kindly provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for a quick turnaround.
To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product and send us a picture to info@auolive.com. Once we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will arrange for return of the damaged or defective product at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product. Any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
