5. Green Tea
Green tea contains antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that protect your skin against inflammation, UV rays and prevent the onset of wrinkles and premature aging.
You will need a teaspoon of cream, two teaspoons of brown sugar, a cup of water and a tablespoon of green tea leaves.Boil the green tea leaves in a cup of water and once you see them impart color,remove them from the heat.
Take two teaspoons of the cooled down tea and combine it with the rest of the ingredients. Scrub the mixture in circular motion over your face and neck. After ten minutes, wash off with cold water.
Alternatively, you may also drink a glass of green tea for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, especially after sun exposure.
