Auolive products are manufactured under stringent conditions with high GMP* standards in Singapore.

* GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice, which are practices required to ensure products manufactured are consistently produced and controlled, adhering to quality standards

Should your product arrive damaged or have a defect, you can get a replacement within 14 days from the date of receipt.

We will process products only purchased directly from www.auolive.com.

Email to us at info@auolive.com within 14 days of receipt of items and provide the following information:

  • Order reference number and item to be replaced
    • To assist us in identifying the product issues we will need the following from you:
    • a picture of the damaged packaging as well as the product if the item arrive damaged
    • a written description of the defect

Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and additional local taxes may be applicable and you will need to bear shipping costs for returns

Return of products have to be within 14 days from the date you have received the products.

Once we receive your email we will advise if your product can be replaced within 7 working days of receipt. Your replacement will be processed within 14 working days.

In The Case Of An Allergic Reaction

Auolive products are dermatologically and clinically tested hence the likelihood of skin reaction will be minimal.

However, if you do experience an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description on what happened, along with pictures taken to info@auolive.com for us to identify an appropriate solution.

Please note that such instances must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of products.
